Sea Food Restaurant

In addition to sea food, we also serve regular meals from from different fresh food, such as pork, chicken, beef... , and different vegetables. These food items are ordered by customers when they look at our menus. These items are contained in big dishes or bowls. We also have menus for one person, two persons...and 12 persons of one table. We also have live fish and shrimp contained in big tanks. Customers can look at them and show us which one they like to eat. Then we will pick this one and send it to our cook. We serve them our appetizers while waiting for fish or shrimp done.

Dim Sum

We provide special food called Dim Sum which are composed of many specialized food items. These food items are under special cook and are contained in small bamboo containers that are put on different carts being carried by waiters to customers' tables.

The customers can choose which food items and how much they like to eat. If the customers don't know what food items they can eat, our waiters can open the bamboo containers so the customers can see the food items; then they can select among them.
